For homemade pies made from some of the freshest ingredients around, you’ll want to head over to Marion’s Pie Shop.  Marion’s pies have been a staple of the South Chatham community for generations, starting with chicken pot pies and evolving into fresh fruit and savory pies.  The menu now also includes seafood pies, steak pies and even fresh clam pie.

In addition, Marion’s Pie Shop also serves up delicious breakfast items including cinnamon nut rolls and fruit breads, along with tasty treats like cake, brownies and cookies, plus comfort foods like macaroni and cheese and shepherd’s pie.  Marion’s Pie Shop is located on Main Street and hours vary by season.

The Corner Store

Finally, don’t miss a trip to South Chatham’s Corner Store.  This unique location may look like a typical corner store, but it’s far from ordinary on the inside.  Open for more than a decade, The Corner Store serves up a homemade soup, burrito and Panini of the day, along with sandwiches, pastries and salads.  The store also proudly serves up its famous whoopie pie, made from scratch.

This family-friendly location has limited seating inside plus on the front porch, but also offers takeout.  You’ll find The Corner Store located right along Old Queen Anne Road at the Route 137 intersection in Chatham.
