Prospect Hill Wellfleet
Prospect Hill is a neighborhood in South Wellfleet located west of Route Six off Old Wharf Road. This neighborhood which fronts Blackfish Creek was originally plated in the early 1890s. Many of the homes in the community were designed and developed by Wellfleet Architect Charles Zehnder who was a leading practitioner of the Modernist House Movement on the Cape.
Streets in the Prospect Hill neighborhood include Arey Lane, Atlantic Road, Barker Street, Cypress Street, Harvard Street, Hazel Street and Wellesley Street.
